The State Arts Conference will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Appoquinimink High School. More information regarding clinicians, schedule, etc. will be available on our website shortly. REGISTRATION PRICES

  • Registering ON or BEFORE Friday, September 28th

    • $40 - NAfME/DMEA and NAEA/DAEA Members

    • $55 - Non-Members

  • Registering AFTER Friday, September 28th

    • $55 - Everyone

  • Walk-Up registration on October 5th

    • $55 - Everyone

Are you paying for yourself??

Follow the steps below.

  1. Fill out the registration form below and click SUBMIT.

  2. After completing the form, you will need to click the “AFFINIPAY LINK” button to pay via Affinipay. (You do not need a special account in order to pay.)

  3. STOP -- Did you remember to complete the registration form AND complete the online payment?

  4. Go to PDMS and register for clock hours. If you do not register for hours before the conference, you cannot earn hours.

  5. Please remember to complete any additional forms that are required by your district to attend the conference.


Is your district paying for you??

Follow the steps below.

  2. Inform your district that payment MUST be received before the conference. If your payment is not received before the conference, you will be expected to pay the fee at registration. Individuals whose districts have not paid by October 5 will be required to pay a $55 registration fee at the door and pursue reimbursement from their school or district. NO DISTRICT PURCHASE ORDERS are accepted for the State Arts Conference. If your district requires an INVOICE, please email one list that includes ALL teacher names, school names, and each teacher’s content area to Donna Fesmire (dmfesmire@comcast.net). Donna will then generate an invoice.

  • Districts should mail payment made payable to DMEA and a list of the names of all teachers registered under one school or district to the address below by September 28th, 2018.

  1. Make sure that each teacher has complete the online registration form below.

  2. District payments MUST be received before the conference. If payment is not received before the conference, the individual teacher will be expected to pay the fee at registration.
